1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GLOBAL FX AI Signal & Analysis, www.globalfx.site, the GLOBAL FX app or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

2. About GLOBAL FX

GLOBAL FX is a trading education, market analysis and intelligent signal platform. The platform combines 7 integrated trading strategies with Artificial Intelligence to evaluate market structure, liquidity, trend, momentum, confirmation and potential market direction.

Services may include:

Trading education and market analysis
Free, Premium/VIP and Strategy Signals
AI-assisted multi-strategy market scanning
Signal lifecycle and performance information
ICT, SMC, liquidity and price-action educational concepts
App, website and Telegram updates

3. Educational & Informational Purpose

All content, signals, analysis, market views and tools are provided for educational and informational purposes. GLOBAL FX does not execute trades for users, manage user funds or guarantee financial outcomes.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

GLOBAL FX content should not be treated as individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Users are responsible for evaluating information and making their own trading decisions.

5. AI, Strategy Signals & Confidence Scores

Different strategies may produce different market views, including BUY, SELL or WAIT conditions. AI-assisted systems may compare these outputs and filter setups according to programmed confirmation criteria.

A 90+ internal confidence/confirmation score is an internal strategy-confirmation threshold only. It does not mean a guaranteed 90% win rate, 90% probability of profit or guaranteed market outcome.

6. Trading Risk

Trading Forex, Gold, Crypto, CFDs and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. Market conditions can change rapidly, and users may lose part or all of their trading capital. Past or historical performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Signal & Analysis Limitations

Signals and analysis may become invalid as market conditions change.
Data, prices, notifications or third-party feeds may be delayed or unavailable.
No signal, strategy, indicator or AI system can guarantee accuracy or profit.
Users should apply independent judgment and appropriate risk management.

8. Free, Premium/VIP & Strategy Content

GLOBAL FX may classify content as Free, Premium/VIP or Strategy content. Access conditions, eligibility and feature availability may change over time and will be communicated through the official app, website or service channels.

Strategy Signals are intended to show how individual strategies interpret market conditions and may differ from final filtered Premium Signals.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the services lawfully and responsibly
Protect their account credentials
Not misuse, resell, copy or redistribute protected content without permission
Take full responsibility for trading decisions and risk
Provide accurate information when account or service verification is required

10. Performance Information

Performance statistics, pips, win/loss information or signal history are provided for transparency and educational review. They may depend on the platform's counting rules and available data. Historical results are not guarantees of future performance.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, GLOBAL FX branding, original market analysis, strategy presentation, signal formats, educational materials, graphics and website/app content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized commercial copying, resale or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

GLOBAL FX may link to Telegram, social platforms, brokers, market-data providers or other external services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. GLOBAL FX is not responsible for their availability, actions, content or financial outcomes.

13. Account Access, Suspension & Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations. Users may request account deletion through the published account-deletion process.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GLOBAL FX is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, market movements, third-party failures, connectivity issues, delayed notifications or decisions made based on educational or analytical content.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform, technology or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply in the user's jurisdiction.
